Premium Tax Preparation & Compliance
Written by Deanna R. Ngueket, CPA. Reviewed September 2026. This page is general information, not tax advice for your situation.
Tax preparation is the core of what we do. We prepare federal and state returns for individuals, business owners, trusts and estates, and tax-exempt organizations, and we stand behind every position taken on them. Most of the work is handled securely online, with in-person appointments available if you prefer to meet face to face.
Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work begins. If you want a number now, the individual estimator and the business estimator will give you a price range in about two minutes.
What this service covers
- Individual returns (Form 1040) — W-2 income, self-employment and Schedule C, rental property, investment and equity compensation, and multi-state filings
- S-corporation returns (Form 1120-S) with Schedule K-1 for each shareholder
- Partnership and multi-member LLC returns (Form 1065) with Schedule K-1 for each partner
- Trust and estate returns (Form 1041) with Schedule K-1 for each beneficiary
- Exempt organization returns (Form 990, 990-EZ, and 990-PF) for nonprofits and private foundations
- Texas franchise tax reports and the Public Information Report
- Quarterly estimated payments calculated against the safe-harbor rules, not guessed
- Prior-year and amended returns where something was missed or needs correcting
What is included in every engagement
- A written quote and engagement letter before we start, so there are no surprise invoices
- A review of your prior-year return for missed deductions, carryovers, and errors
- Preparation by a Texas-licensed CPA, with the supporting documentation for every position kept on file
- A review meeting, by video or in person, to walk through the return before you sign
- Electronic filing with confirmation from the IRS and the state
- Deadline tracking, including the extension if one makes sense for you
- Answers to your tax questions during the year, not just in the spring
Who this is for

- S-corporation and partnership owners
- Business owners with multi-state, platform, or rental income

How it works
- Free 15-minute consultation. We talk through your situation and confirm we are the right fit.
- Written quote. You receive a fixed price and an engagement letter. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- Secure document upload. You get a checklist tailored to your return and upload everything through our client portal.
- Preparation and review. We prepare the return, then meet to go through it line by line before anything is filed.
- Filing and follow-up. We e-file, send you confirmation and a complete copy, and remain available for questions after the deadline passes.

The estimator gives you a range. The exact figure comes in your written quote once we have seen your documents, and it does not change after that unless the scope does.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Most clients work with us entirely online through the secure portal and video meetings. If you would rather sit down in person, we are based off Beltway 8 in north Houston and are happy to meet there.
Should I file an extension?
Often, yes. A considered return beats a rushed one, and an extension carries no penalty by itself. But an extension only extends the time to file; any tax owed is still due on the original deadline.
Can you fix a return someone else prepared?
Yes. Amended returns are routine work. If you are unsure whether a prior year was handled correctly, a review is usually the first step.
I live outside Texas. Can you still prepare my return?
Yes. We work with clients across Texas and in other states, and multi-state returns are a regular part of the practice.
What do you need from me to start?
Prior-year returns, current-year income records, business expense records, and details of any entity or payroll changes. We will send a specific checklist once we know your situation.
